Battle Scars to Bass is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization currently in formation. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
When you claim your IDEAL LEADERSHIP Challenge Coin on this site, we collect your name and mailing address, along with the authentication code printed in your copy of the book. We collect this information solely to verify your claim and ship your physical coin.
We do not currently collect payment information anywhere on this site. Online donation processing is not yet active — when it launches, it will be handled by a third-party payment processor, and this policy will be updated to describe how that information is handled before that feature goes live.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site.
Coin claim information is stored in a secured database accessible only to Battle Scars to Bass. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing us at info@battlescarstobass.org.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, reach out at info@battlescarstobass.org. As our organization completes its 501(c)(3) formation and adds new features to this site, this policy will be updated to reflect them.
